Two kinds of letter arrive here.

One from a brand with something to make. One from a factory that makes it. Both are read.

Written enquiries are answered within two working days. We work across US, European and Asian hours; say which you are in and we will call at a civil time.

For brands

Tell us what you are making.

A first call costs nothing. Roughly half of them end with us saying you do not need us yet, or that the problem in front of you is not the one you described. If you do need us, you will leave with a scope, a fee and a calendar.

Useful to include

  • 01What you intend to make, in a sentence
  • 02Target retail price and target on-sale date
  • 03Rough volume for the first run
  • 04What already exists — designs, samples, tech packs, a current supplier
  • 05Where you think you need help

For suppliers

Introduce your factory properly.

We keep a working list per market and per category, and we add to it continuously rather than only when a brief is open. A complete introduction gets read; a catalogue with no capacity, minimums or audit standing does not.

Please include

  • 01Legal entity, country and cluster
  • 02Categories, machinery and monthly capacity
  • 03Typical minimum per style and per colour
  • 04Certifications with scope and validity dates
  • 05Most recent social audit: body, date and grade
  • 06Standard payment terms and Incoterms

Sent on request

  • Certificate of good standing and formation documents
  • Form W-9
  • Mutual non-disclosure agreement, our template or yours
  • Standard manufacturing and agency agreement
  • Client references, subject to their consent
  • Banking details, issued only over a verified channel and never by email alone

On payment instructions

We never issue or amend banking details by email alone. Any change to payment instructions is confirmed by voice on a number you already hold. If you receive an emailed change of bank details appearing to come from us, treat it as fraudulent and call +1 (307) 998 1017.

Confidentiality

Nothing you send is shown to a manufacturer before a mutual non-disclosure agreement is in place, and technical packages are released to a named factory contact rather than to a general enquiry address. Client lists are not published — where a reference is offered, it is offered with that client's consent.

Designs, patterns, graded specifications and artwork remain your property throughout an engagement and after it, as does title to any tooling or moulds paid for.
